In short
I am Hlib Storchak. I build and run B2B outbound systems, cold email and LinkedIn, for founders and sales teams who want meetings rather than another internal project. I work from Vilnius with clients across the Baltics, the Nordics, wider Europe and the US. 2000+ meetings booked for B2B clients so far.
What I actually do
Two things, and they are the same playbook at different depths.
Done for you outbound. I build and run the whole engine. That means defining who to target and why they should care, building the account list and finding the named decision maker, standing up separate warmed domains and mailboxes so your main domain is never at risk, writing the copy, sending on email and LinkedIn as one motion, and handling replies. You take the meetings. Everything before the meeting is mine.
Fractional GTM and consulting. I plug in as your go to market lead. We fix the strategy first, the ideal customer profile and the offer, then build the motion with your team so they can run it after I leave. This is the right shape when you want to own the system rather than rent it.
If you are weighing those against hiring someone, I wrote an honest comparison of done for you outbound versus hiring your first sales development rep, including the cases where hiring is the better call.
How I got here
I started in sales at seventeen, which mostly meant learning how badly cold outreach goes when you have no idea what you are doing. Everything since has been the slow correction of that. I have spent the years since building outbound systems rather than sending outbound, which is a different job: infrastructure, data, targeting and copy as one machine, with the sending as the last and least interesting step.
These days I run that for clients, write about it every week, and publish what I use rather than keeping it back. The skills library on this site is the actual set of plays I hand to AI agents to run outbound tasks, given away because a play is worth very little compared to the judgement about when to run it.
How I think about outbound
Three things decide whether a campaign works, and almost everyone gets at least one of them wrong.
Targeting beats volume. The right two hundred accounts outpull the wrong five thousand, every time. When a campaign underperforms the instinct is to rewrite the copy, and it is usually the list. Most of the work happens before a single email is written.
The offer carries it. No subject line rescues a weak offer. If the reason to reply is not obvious and specific, nothing downstream fixes that, which is why the offer gets built before the infrastructure.
Write like a human. Real triggers, short lines, one clear ask, no spam smell. The test is whether a person receiving it would believe another person wrote it specifically to them.
What I will tell you on a call. If outbound is the wrong channel for what you sell, I will say so, and I will tell you what I would do instead. A bad fit costs me a client and costs you a quarter, and only one of those is recoverable.
Where I work
I am based in Vilnius, Lithuania. That matters more than it sounds, because a lot of the work is regional: campaigns into Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland in the local language, and campaigns out of the region into the Nordics, wider Europe and the US, where the hard part is credibility rather than reach.
The services pages break that down by market and by industry, and say plainly what changes in each one.
Where else you will find me
I publish constantly, mostly because writing something down is the fastest way to find out whether I actually understand it.
- The resources section here, comparisons and playbooks on outbound, updated several times a week.
- YouTube, where I walk through the tools and workflows on screen rather than describing them.
- LinkedIn, short practical posts from live campaigns.
- Salesforge, where I write as a guest author on cold email and outbound tooling.
Working together
The first step is a thirty minute call. Tell me what you sell and who buys it, and I will show you how I would build the campaign, whether or not you end up working with me. There is no deck.
What I need from you to start is small: your product context, a couple of past wins I can point at, and someone on your side to take the meetings. Research, lists, copy, infrastructure and reporting are mine.
Frequently asked
Are you an agency or a freelancer?
Neither label fits well. I run the work personally rather than handing it to a junior team, and I take on a limited number of clients at a time because the targeting and copy are the parts that decide the result and I am not willing to delegate them.
How fast do meetings start landing?
Campaigns are usually live within two to three weeks. The constraint is sending infrastructure: domains need roughly two weeks of warmup before they can carry volume without landing in spam. First replies typically come in the first weeks of sending.
Who owns the system afterwards?
You do. The sequences, lists, domains, mailboxes and playbook are yours to keep and run, with or without me. I put that in writing, because vendors keeping the infrastructure is one of the more expensive traps in this category.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No, and I would be careful with anyone who does. The honest version is that the offer and the market decide the ceiling, and no agency can promise a number before seeing how the first campaigns land.
What if we do not have a defined ideal customer profile yet?
That is the first week of work rather than a blocker. We define it from your best existing customers before anything gets built.
