B2B outbound agencies, compared on what they publish.

Twelve agencies, sorted by the only things a buyer can verify before a sales call: whether they publish a price, which channels they run, and which markets they cover.

Who wrote this, and how. I run outbound for B2B clients myself, so every agency on this page is a competitor of mine. Treat this as one operator's read rather than an independent rating. Everything factual here comes from the vendor's own website, quoted where it matters. I have deliberately published no review scores or star ratings, because I could not verify most of them first hand and a wrong number attached to someone's company is not worth the page.

In short

Of the twelve agencies here, 4 publish real prices on their own site and 8 require a sales call to find out. That single split tells you more about how an engagement will feel than any feature list, and it is the fastest way to cut a shortlist in half.

If you are buying in the Baltics

The twelve above are the large international agencies most buyers shortlist. If your market is closer to home, the local field is a different and much less documented list:

How to actually use this

Three questions sort a shortlist faster than any demo.

  1. Do they publish a price? It does not make them cheaper. It tells you whether the commercial conversation will be a negotiation or a decision, and it is a decent proxy for how the rest of the engagement runs.
  2. Do they run your channel in your market? Several of the best known vendors here publish no non-English coverage at all. If your buyers are in Warsaw or Stockholm, that removes half the list immediately.
  3. Who owns the domains and the list afterwards? Nobody publishes this. Ask it before you sign, because discovering the answer at the end is expensive.

A note on sourcing

Almost every "honest review" of an outbound agency is written by another outbound agency, and several of them publish pricing for rivals that those rivals do not publish themselves. I have used none of those as a source. Every factual claim on these pages comes from the vendor's own website.

I have also published no star ratings or review counts. Review platforms block automated reading, the figures circulating in competitors' articles contradict each other, and a wrong rating attached to a named company is not worth the traffic. What each vendor publishes about itself is verifiable, so that is what these pages compare.

Where I fit

Founder led, from Vilnius. Cold email and LinkedIn as one motion, with the targeting and the offer fixed before anything sends. Published: consulting and fractional GTM from EUR 3,000 a month, done for you outbound from EUR 7,000 a month. Flat monthly fee, no per meeting pricing.

The right call when B2B teams selling into the Baltics, Nordics, wider Europe or the US who want one person accountable for the whole motion rather than a pod, and who want to keep the system afterwards. The wrong call when If your deal size cannot support a four figure monthly retainer, if you need cold calling as the primary channel, or if you need a large vendor's bench, I am the wrong choice and I will say so on the call.

Want help picking, including when it is not me?

Tell me what you sell, which markets and what you have already tried. Thirty minutes, no deck, and I will tell you plainly if one of the agencies above is the better fit.
