Thirty minutes on your outbound

Tell me what you sell and who you sell it to. I will tell you what I would change first, and in what order. You keep the plan whether or not we work together.

In short. A working call, not a pitch. I look at your list, your copy and your sending setup, and I am direct about which of the three is actually costing you replies. If what you need is something I do not do, I will say so on the call.

What actually happens on the call

Most outbound that is not working is broken in one of three places, and it is almost never the one people expect. The list is wrong, so the copy never had a chance. The copy is generic, so a good list gets wasted. Or the sending setup is quietly putting everything in spam, so nobody is reading any of it. Thirty minutes is enough to work out which one you are dealing with, because the symptoms are different in each case.

I will ask what you sell, who you sell it to, and what you have sent so far. If you are already running campaigns, your current sequence and your reply rate tell me more in two minutes than an hour of discussion. If you have not started, we talk about where your buyers actually are, because picking the wrong channel for your ICP wastes more time than any copy mistake.

What you leave with

A short list of what I would fix, in the order I would fix it. Not a proposal, not a deck. If your domains are not warmed and your SPF, DKIM and DMARC are not set correctly, that is what you do first and nothing else matters until it is done. If your list is the problem, no amount of rewriting will save it. Sequence matters, so that is what I give you.

Plenty of people take that and run it themselves. That is a perfectly good outcome and I would rather be useful than be hired.

Who this is not for. B2C, anything that needs volume over relevance, and anyone looking to buy meetings by the unit. I do not price per meeting, because it pushes whoever runs the campaign to book anyone who will say yes, and you end up paying for a calendar full of people who were never going to buy.

Why listen to me

I build and run B2B outbound for founders and sales teams, and I have booked 2000+ meetings for B2B clients doing it. That has been through cold email, LinkedIn, and increasingly through systems where an agent does the repetitive part and a human does the judgement. I write up what I learn as I go, which is what most of this site is.

I am not an agency reselling a playbook I read somewhere. If you want to know what I actually think before you book anything, the writing is all here and it is specific enough to argue with.

If we do end up working together

Two shapes, and the call is usually enough to tell which one fits. Consulting and fractional GTM, where I work alongside your team and leave you the system, starts at EUR 3,000 a month. Done for you outbound, where my team runs the whole motion, starts at EUR 7,000 a month. The pricing page sets out what moves those numbers and what you keep at the end.

Before you book

  • Bring your current sequence and reply rate if you have them. It is the fastest route to a useful answer.
  • Thirty minutes, no obligation, no deck.
  • You keep the plan either way.
  • If I am not the right person for your problem, I will tell you on the call.
What does the call cost?

Nothing. It is 30 minutes and there is no obligation at the end of it. If what you need is something I do not do, I will say so on the call rather than sell you something adjacent.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If you already send outbound it helps to have your current sequence and your reply rate to hand, because that is the fastest way for me to see what is wrong. If you have not started yet, bring what you sell and who you sell it to.

Is this a sales call?

It is a working call. I look at your setup and tell you what I would change first, in the order I would change it. You can take that away and run it yourself. Some people do exactly that, and that is a fine outcome.
