Quick answer
Saleshandy Pro runs $76 a month billed yearly and bundles a full lead database into that price. Instantly Hypergrowth runs $97 and sends more than twice the email volume, but its own lead data costs an extra $47 a month on top. That is the core trade-off: Saleshandy builds contact data into every plan, Instantly charges for it separately and sends more raw email per dollar once you scale. Checked on both pricing pages, 24 October 2026.
At a glance: plan for plan
I pick sending tools for client accounts for a living, and Saleshandy against Instantly is one of the pairings that comes up most, since both sit on nearly every shortlist a buyer builds for cold email software. Here is the full plan ladder from Saleshandy's own pricing page and Instantly's own plan comparison, checked 24 October 2026:
| Saleshandy Starter | Instantly Growth | Saleshandy Pro | Instantly Hypergrowth | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Billed yearly, per month | $34 | $47 | $76 | $97 |
| Emails a month | 6,000 | 5,000 | 100,000 | 125,000 |
| Contacts or active prospects | 2,000 | 1,000 uploaded | 30,000 | 25,000 uploaded |
| Lead finder credits included | 1,500/mo | None, separate plan | 4,000/mo | None, separate plan |
| Users | 1 | No team invites | 10 | Team invites from here |
Both companies also sell a top standard tier above these two: Saleshandy Scale at $149 a month yearly ($189 monthly) for 200,000 emails and unlimited users, and Instantly Light Speed at $358 a month for 500,000 emails and 100,000 contacts. Past that, each lists a custom Enterprise plan.
The entry plans: $34 to $41 against $47
On pure sticker price, Saleshandy's entry tier is the cheaper of the two. Starter runs $34 a month billed yearly, or $41 on monthly, pay-as-you-go billing, for 6,000 emails, 2,000 active prospects and 1,500 lead finder credits a month pulled from Saleshandy's own 852M+ contact and 42M+ company database. Instantly Growth is $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts, with no lead data included at all, that comes from a separate Instantly Credits subscription.
If you already buy contact data elsewhere, Apollo, Clay, or a dedicated provider, this gap matters less, since you're paying for enrichment once either way and routing the result into whichever sending tool you pick. If you don't yet have a data source, Saleshandy's entry plan is doing more for less money.
Where I stand. Neither of these is what I run for clients, that's Salesforge, alongside Mailforge, Infraforge and Warmforge, and I've written guest articles for Salesforge's blog. No tool in this article pays me, there's no affiliate link, and I've compared Instantly against Salesforge directly in Salesforge vs Instantly: Which Cold Email Tool to Pick in 2026 if that pairing is also on your list.
Past the entry plan, the gap flips
One step up, Instantly starts winning on volume. Hypergrowth sends 125,000 emails and stores 25,000 uploaded contacts for $97 a month. Saleshandy Pro sends 100,000 emails and 30,000 active prospects for $76 to $99, depending on billing. The two land close in price, but Instantly moves more email for it.
The gap widens further at the top. Instantly's Light Speed plan sends 500,000 emails a month for $358. Saleshandy's Scale plan tops out at 200,000 emails for $149 to $189. A team sending high volume on email alone, with its own data source already in place, gets more throughput per dollar from Instantly the higher it climbs the ladder.
Does either one include a lead database?
Saleshandy's is built into the price, Instantly's is a separate product. Saleshandy's own pricing page lists 852M+ contacts and 42M+ companies, with lead finder credits, 1,500 to 8,000 a month depending on plan, included in every Outreach tier.
Instantly's data and AI agents sit on a different subscription entirely, called Instantly Credits, running $47 to $77 a month for 1,500 to 2,000 credits against a 450M+ lead database. Those credits also power the AI Sales Agent and AI Reply Agent, both billed at 5 credits per lead or reply, so the Credits plan is doing double duty as both your data source and your AI usage meter. Add it to Hypergrowth's $97 and a team wanting built-in data from Instantly is really paying somewhere from $144 a month up, against Saleshandy Pro's $76 to $99 with lead credits already inside that number.
LinkedIn: a manual task on both, by design
Both vendors advertise multichannel sequences, and both stop short of automating LinkedIn itself. Saleshandy's own documentation states that LinkedIn steps, connection request, message, InMail, profile view and post interaction, "are not automated; you must perform them manually," and gives the reason directly: LinkedIn suspends accounts that link automation tools to it. Saleshandy's workaround is a separate LinkedIn Automation step that hands a prospect to a campaign already built in Aimfox or HeyReach, two third-party tools that need their own paid accounts.
Instantly takes a different route to the same dependency. Its Automation Builder, included on every Outbound plan, pushes a lead out to Aimfox, HeyReach, La Growth Machine, Valley or Expandi on a trigger, a reply, an accepted connection, a bounce, rather than as a named step inside the sequence itself. Either way, you're running the LinkedIn half of the motion in a second tool with its own bill. I run email and LinkedIn as one sequence for clients rather than stitching two platforms together, which is the gap neither Saleshandy nor Instantly closes on its own. If LinkedIn is most of your plan, compare the dedicated options directly in my roundup of LinkedIn automation tools ranked by safety before picking either sending tool.
Warmup and inbox placement testing
Both include warmup at no extra cost. Saleshandy lists unlimited email warmup on every Outreach plan. Instantly's help center confirms unlimited warmup from Growth upward too, scaling the SMTP connection limit by plan, 100 on Growth, 500 on Hypergrowth, 1,000 on Light Speed.
| Saleshandy | Instantly | |
|---|---|---|
| Warmup | Unlimited, every plan | Unlimited, every plan |
| Inbox placement testing | Not a named product | Unlimited one-time on Growth, automated on Hypergrowth+ |
| Dedicated sending infrastructure | Not offered | SISR, Light Speed and up |
Instantly is ahead here. Its inbox placement page includes unlimited one-time tests on Growth and automated recurring tests from Hypergrowth, and Light Speed adds SISR, its dedicated-server infrastructure tier. Saleshandy leaves placement testing and dedicated IPs to a separate infrastructure provider. Neither tool saves a badly configured domain: separate sending domains, correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a slow volume ramp decide where mail actually lands more than either platform's own warmup engine. My cold email deliverability guide walks through that setup regardless of which sending tool you land on.
Users, workspaces and agency access
Saleshandy prices teams by a flat user count per plan: 1 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Scale, no per-seat fee on top. White-label branding and SSO sit behind its quoted Enterprise tier only.
Instantly handles this differently. Team member invites, priority support and an "Agency View" only start from Hypergrowth upward, per its own plan comparison, and each separate workspace needs its own subscription rather than one account covering several brands. Its agency white-label portal is available on Hypergrowth and Light Speed, one portal per workspace, with a real limit worth knowing before you build a pitch around it: any client given campaign access sees every campaign in that workspace, with no way to restrict them to just their own. For an agency running several branded clients from one account, Saleshandy's flat 10-user Pro plan is simpler to reason about than Instantly's workspace-per-client structure, though Instantly's portal is the closer match if showing clients a branded login matters more than consolidating seats.
The AI features, compared honestly
Saleshandy includes AI-powered sequence generation on every plan, built into the same workflow as its lead finder, so a contact pulled from the database can move straight into a drafted sequence. Instantly's AI lives on the separate Credits subscription: an AI Sales Agent and AI Reply Agent, each metered at 5 credits per lead or reply, plus an AI Sequence Writer on its Outreach plans and a Deliverability AI Agent from Hypergrowth up that watches domain health automatically. Neither company publishes a reply-rate lift tied to its AI features on its own pricing or product pages, so treat both as drafting and monitoring aids rather than a reason to pick one tool over the other on AI alone.
API, webhooks and integrations
Saleshandy includes API access from Starter upward, with webhooks added from Pro. Instantly includes API access from Growth upward too, but gates webhooks and Slack notifications to Hypergrowth and above, the same tier where team invites and native Unibox replies start. If you're building your own workflow around either tool's API before you've committed to its higher-priced plan, check which features that plan actually carries: both vendors save their most useful automation hooks for the second tier, not the entry one.
What it costs at your own send volume
Here's a model you can swap your own numbers into. Assume a team sending 90,000 emails a month that wants a lead database included, billed yearly:
- Saleshandy: Pro covers 100,000 emails already at $76 a month, with 4,000 lead finder credits included. No add-on needed.
- Instantly: Hypergrowth covers 125,000 emails at $97 a month, plus a Credits plan, at least $47 more, to get comparable lead data and AI agent usage, for roughly $144 a month total.
That's a real gap in this specific scenario, assumption-dependent on wanting built-in lead data rather than a source you already pay for elsewhere. Drop that requirement and the two land much closer: Instantly's $97 against Saleshandy's $76 to $99 for a similar email ceiling. I run outbound for clients at 20 to 30 emails per mailbox a day after 3 to 4 weeks of warmup, since pushing a fresh domain past that range is what gets flagged, not either tool's own cap. At that pace, 90,000 emails a month needs roughly 135 to 205 mailboxes sending on 22 working days, a number neither plan's pricing changes. Run your own volume and feature list through both pricing pages before you commit.
Which one I'd pick, and when
Pick Saleshandy if
- You want a lead database and lead finder credits included in the plan price, not billed as a second subscription.
- Your team needs several seats, 10 on Pro, without a per-user fee stacking on top.
- You don't need dedicated sending infrastructure or automated inbox placement testing from the sending tool itself.
Pick Instantly if
- Raw email volume is the priority and you already have a data source you're happy with.
- You want inbox placement testing and dedicated server infrastructure from the same vendor as you scale.
- You're fine paying for team access, white-label and webhooks as you move up to Hypergrowth.
Where I wouldn't pick either without checking first: if LinkedIn carries most of your plan, since both route it through a paid Aimfox or HeyReach account rather than sending it natively. And if you want a wider shortlist before deciding between either of these, I've also laid out where Saleshandy lands against a third option in Saleshandy vs Smartlead: Which Cold Email Tool Fits in 2026.
Key takeaways
- Saleshandy's entry plan, Starter, undercuts Instantly Growth on price while including more emails and a lead database Instantly doesn't offer at that tier.
- Past the entry plan, Instantly sends more raw email per dollar: 125,000 against Saleshandy's 100,000 at a near-equal price, and the gap widens further at the top tier.
- Instantly's lead data and AI agents run on a separate Credits subscription, $47 a month and up, on top of the Outreach plan price.
- Neither tool automates LinkedIn natively: both route it through a paid Aimfox or HeyReach account.
- Instantly includes inbox placement testing and dedicated server infrastructure as named products from Hypergrowth up. Saleshandy leaves that ground to a separate infrastructure provider.
- Saleshandy prices teams with a flat user count per plan. Instantly gates team invites, webhooks and white-label to Hypergrowth and ties each workspace to its own subscription.
FAQ
Is Saleshandy cheaper than Instantly?
At the entry level, yes. Saleshandy Starter is $34 a month billed yearly ($41 monthly) for 6,000 emails against Instantly Growth's $47 for 5,000. One step up, Instantly turns cheaper per email: Hypergrowth is $97 for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts, against Saleshandy Pro's $76 to $99 for 100,000 emails and 30,000 prospects, but Saleshandy's price already includes a lead database that Instantly bills separately. Checked on both pricing pages, 24 October 2026.
Does Instantly include a lead database in its plan price?
No. Instantly's lead data and AI agents run on a separate Credits subscription, $47 to $77 a month for 1,500 to 2,000 credits, which taps its 450M+ record database. Saleshandy folds its own 852M+ contact database and lead finder credits directly into every Outreach plan at no extra charge.
Can Saleshandy or Instantly automate LinkedIn outreach?
Neither sends LinkedIn messages on its own. Saleshandy's documentation states LinkedIn steps are manual because LinkedIn suspends accounts that automate outreach through connected tools, with an optional LinkedIn Automation step that hands prospects to a connected Aimfox or HeyReach campaign. Instantly's Automation Builder, included on every Outbound plan, pushes leads to Aimfox, HeyReach, La Growth Machine, Valley or Expandi on a trigger such as a reply. Both need a paid third-party account to actually send on LinkedIn.
Which tool gives me more email volume for the money?
Instantly, once you're past the entry plan. Its top standard tier, Light Speed, sends 500,000 emails a month for $358. Saleshandy's top standard tier, Scale, sends 200,000 emails for $149 to $189. Instantly's per-email cost drops faster as you climb its plan ladder.
Does either tool charge per team member?
Saleshandy includes a set user count per plan, 1 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Scale, with no per-seat fee. Instantly doesn't list a per-plan user count the same way: team member invites only start from Hypergrowth upward, and each separate workspace needs its own subscription.
