How to use these
Every skill below is written to be pasted straight into an AI agent. Copy the block, add your own inputs where it asks for them, and run it. They are the plays I use on client work, given away because the play matters far less than knowing when to run it.
Carousel Slide Beat Mapper
Turn one long-form idea into a slide-by-slide LinkedIn carousel with pacing and hooks.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Break a single idea into an ordered set of carousel slides with a hook, tension, and payoff so each slide earns the swipe.
Inputs
- Core idea or claim in one sentence
- Target audience and their main objection
- Desired slide count (6 to 12)
- Brand voice notes or a sample post
Steps
- Restate the core idea and name the specific reader pain it addresses.
- Draft three cover-slide hooks that promise a concrete outcome, then pick the strongest.
- Map the middle slides as a beat sequence: setup, problem, turning point, proof, method.
- Write each slide with one idea only, under 25 words, using short lines.
- Add a final slide with a plain call to action tied to the reader's next step.
- Flag any slide that repeats a prior point or breaks the swipe logic.
- Suggest one caption opener that mirrors the cover hook.
Output
A numbered slide script with hook options, per-slide copy, a swipe-logic check, and a matching caption opener.
Comment Section Content Miner
Turns questions and objections from your comments into next week's post topics.
Requires Any LLM, LinkedIn export
Purpose
Convert real audience questions and pushback into a ranked list of post ideas.
Inputs
- Exported comments from your recent posts or a competitor's posts
- Your content pillars
- Your offer, so ideas can point toward it without pitching
Steps
- Group comments into questions, objections, agreements, and off-topic noise.
- Discard the noise and agreements, since the value sits in questions and objections.
- For each question, draft a one-line post angle that answers it directly.
- For each objection, draft an angle that acknowledges it and reframes your view.
- Map each angle to a content pillar and drop any that fit none.
- Rank angles by how often the underlying question appeared, since frequency signals demand.
Output
A ranked list of post angles, each tagged to a pillar and the comment that sparked it.
Founder Story to Hook Bank
Mines a founder's raw story into a bank of scroll-stopping LinkedIn opening lines.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Extract a batch of usable LinkedIn hooks from a founder's real experiences.
Inputs
- Three to five raw stories, wins, or hard lessons in the founder's own words
- The audience they want to reach
- Two or three topics they want to be known for
Steps
- Break each story into its tension, turning point, and takeaway.
- Write four hook styles per story: a blunt claim, a specific number, a contrarian take, and a short confession.
- Keep every hook to one or two lines that could stand alone as the first line of a post.
- Cut any hook that needs the second line to make sense, since the preview is all readers see first.
- Tag each hook with the topic it supports so posts stay on the chosen pillars.
- Rank the ten strongest and note why each one earns the click.
Output
A tagged bank of roughly twenty hooks with the top ten ranked and short reasoning.
LinkedIn Post Hook Rewriter
Rewrites the first two lines of a draft post into five scroll-stopping hook options.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Turn a weak post opener into five tested hook variations so the reader stops scrolling before the 'see more' cutoff.
Inputs
- Full draft of the post
- The core takeaway in one sentence
- Target reader role and pain point
Steps
- Read the draft and extract the single most surprising or specific claim.
- Confirm the first two lines fit inside the LinkedIn truncation limit of about 140 characters.
- Generate five hooks using distinct angles: contrarian, specific number, short question, mistake confession, and direct promise.
- For each hook, rewrite the second line so it creates an open loop that pulls toward the body.
- Flag any hook that leans on vague words like 'amazing' or 'game changer' and replace with concrete language.
- Score each of the five on curiosity and clarity from 1 to 5 and recommend the top pick.
Output
A table of five hook pairs with angle labels, curiosity and clarity scores, and one recommended opener ready to paste.
Long-Form Post Skimmability Rewriter
Restructures dense posts into scannable blocks that hold attention on mobile feeds.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Rewrite a dense long-form post into a scannable structure that keeps a reader moving to the end on a mobile screen.
Inputs
- Draft post text
- Target platform (LinkedIn, X, or newsletter)
- Desired reading time in minutes
Steps
- Read the draft and mark the single core takeaway in one sentence.
- Break the body into blocks of one to two sentences each, splitting any paragraph longer than three lines.
- Insert a line break after each idea shift so no block runs past a mobile fold.
- Rewrite the first three lines to state the payoff before any setup.
- Add short transition lines between sections so the reader always has a reason to continue.
- Flag any sentence over 20 words and offer a trimmed version.
- Confirm the estimated read time matches the target and adjust length if needed.
Output
A reformatted post with tightened blocks, a rewritten opening, inline trim suggestions, and an estimated read time.
Newsletter Subject Line Swipe Bank
Turn top-performing newsletter opens into a reusable subject line pattern library.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Convert your best-opening newsletters into named subject line patterns you can reuse for new issues.
Inputs
- Export of past subject lines with open rates
- Newsletter topic or theme
- Target audience description
Steps
- Sort past subject lines by open rate and keep the top quartile.
- Group the winners into structural patterns like question, number, curiosity gap, and direct benefit.
- Name each pattern and note the average open rate it produced.
- For the new topic, draft three subject lines per top pattern using the same structure.
- Flag any draft that leans on words your past low openers overused.
- Rank the drafts by expected fit against the audience description.
Output
A named pattern library plus a ranked list of ready-to-test subject lines for the current issue.
Objection Teardown Post Series
Turn your top sales objections into a series of proof-driven posts that pre-handle doubts.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Convert the objections your sales team hears most into a series of posts that address doubt before a prospect ever books a call.
Inputs
- List of 5 to 10 real objections from calls or lost deals
- 2 to 3 customer wins with numbers or quotes
- Your product positioning in one paragraph
Steps
- Group the raw objections into themes such as price, timing, trust, and fit.
- For each theme, write the objection in the prospect's actual words, not a cleaned-up version.
- Name the real reason behind the objection, then counter it with one specific proof point or customer story.
- Draft a short post per objection with a hook, the counter, and a soft close that invites a reply.
- Order the posts so the hardest objection comes mid-series after trust is built.
- Add a one-line comment prompt to each so readers self-identify their own blocker.
Output
A sequenced set of posts, one per objection theme, each with a hook, proof point, and comment prompt ready to schedule.
One Idea Five Format Repurposer
Expands a single insight into five distinct LinkedIn post formats without repeating itself.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Stretch one strong idea into five posts that feel different, not recycled.
Inputs
- The core idea or claim in one sentence
- One proof point, story, or data figure that supports it
- The audience and desired tone
Steps
- Restate the idea in one clean sentence to anchor every version.
- Write a short personal story post that arrives at the idea through an experience.
- Write a listicle post that breaks the idea into three to five concrete steps or signs.
- Write a contrarian post that names the common belief and argues against it.
- Write a mini case post built around the single proof point with a before and after.
- Write a question post that opens a debate and invites replies.
- Check that no two posts share the same opening line or structure.
Output
Five ready-to-edit posts in distinct formats, each tied to the same core idea.
Point Of View Pillar Extractor
Turn scattered posts and calls into three defensible content pillars with distinct takes.
Requires Any LLM
Purpose
Distill a founder's scattered opinions into three sharp content pillars that hold up across weeks of posting.
Inputs
- 10 to 30 past posts, notes, or call transcripts
- Target audience and what they usually believe
- Any topics that are off limits
Steps
- Read all source material and pull every claim or opinion the author actually stated.
- Group similar claims and drop generic advice anyone could say.
- Cluster the surviving claims into three candidate pillars, each with a one line contrarian take.
- For each pillar, note who it annoys and who it attracts, so the stance stays sharp.
- Write three sample hooks per pillar in the author's own phrasing.
- Flag any pillar that overlaps with a competitor and suggest a sharper angle.
- Rank pillars by evidence strength and how often the author already returns to them.
Output
A table of three pillars with a stated take, target reaction, three sample hooks each, and an evidence note per pillar.
Webinar To Content Atomizer

Inputs
- Webinar transcript with timestamps

- For the top 8 moments, draft one LinkedIn post each using the voice sample cadence.
- Pull 4 clip windows of 30 to 60 seconds and write a caption plus hook for each.

- Flag any claim that needs a source or number check before publishing.
- Compile everything into a dated content calendar with suggested post order.
Output
A table of ready-to-edit posts, clip windows with captions, email snippets, and a flag list for fact checks.

- Rewrite each draft to fit the profile, keeping the argument intact.
- Cut hype words, empty transitions, and any banned phrases.
