Quick answer
Callbox publishes a starting price on its own pricing page: $6,667 a month for one Campaign Pod, running phone, email, LinkedIn and more. SalesHive quotes nothing in public, runs phone and email only, and prices its three tiers after a call. Checked 4 November 2026.
Callbox vs SalesHive at a glance
I don't run cold calling for clients. Phone-led appointment setting is Callbox's and SalesHive's trade, not mine, my own practice is cold email and LinkedIn for B2B clients, with 2000+ meetings booked so far. But founders comparing the two keep asking which one to pick, so here's an honest read on how they actually differ, built from what each one states on its own site.
Disclosure. I work with teams as a fractional Head of GTM or set up the outbound function inside their team, and my agency, Shipyard GTM, sells done-for-you outbound on email and LinkedIn. Both compete with Callbox and SalesHive for an outbound budget, so weigh my take with that in mind. Neither agency pays me.

How much do Callbox and SalesHive actually cost?
Callbox's own pricing calculator, checked 4 November 2026, puts the estimated monthly investment at $6,667 for one Campaign Pod, labelled an estimate pending a consultation. Its separate pricing FAQ states plainly that "clients spend between US$20,000 and US$40,000 quarterly" on a Callbox program, a figure that works out to roughly $6,667 to $13,333 a month, close to the calculator's single-pod number once you treat it as the lower end of a range rather than a fixed price. Callbox is also explicit that it doesn't charge per lead and that "the cost of our services is pre-agreed upon and is not based on performance outcomes," per its own pricing FAQ.
SalesHive puts no number anywhere on its site. Its pricing page states the model plainly, "one monthly fee" covering the SDR team, a strategist, its platform, data and tools, with "no per-meeting pricing" and "no setup fees," but every one of its three tiers is custom quoted after a call based on team location, channels and daily outreach volume. It also tells you upfront that "you owe $0 until you approve everything for launch."
Published figures. Callbox's numbers are quoted from callboxinc.com on 4 November 2026. Prices change, so check the source before you budget against it, and ask SalesHive for the same number in writing before comparing the two.
SalesHive's three tiers, and Callbox's pod math
SalesHive's pricing page names three managed tiers, each available with a US-based or offshore team:
| SalesHive tier | Daily touches | Channels | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 100+ | Phone only | One dedicated SDR |
| Growth | 250+ | Phone and email, with personalised email | One dedicated SDR |
| Crush | 500+ | Phone and email, with personalised email | Two dedicated SDRs |
Callbox sells by the pod rather than by touch volume: each Campaign Pod bundles one dedicated SDR with AI-enriched contact data, a campaign manager and weekly reporting, and the calculator scales linearly from the one-pod baseline as you add more. Neither vendor publishes what a second or third unit actually costs per unit, Callbox because the calculator only shows the one-pod example and SalesHive because no tier has a public number at all, so get the marginal cost of scaling up in writing from both before you commit to either.
Channels: phone and email, or phone, email and more
SalesHive's pricing page lists phone and email across every tier, with no LinkedIn channel at any price point. Callbox's homepage lists a wider menu, "phone, email, LinkedIn, web, chat and events," coordinated through its own Smart Engage platform. If your buyers mostly answer the phone and you want one channel done well, SalesHive's narrower menu is the more honest match. If LinkedIn needs to be part of the program at all, it has to be Callbox.
In my own practice, email and LinkedIn run as one sequence, not two separately-owned line items, which is a different model again from either agency here. For the record, neither Callbox nor SalesHive's calling-led core is something I run for clients, my work starts where their phone-first model stops.
Who does the work, and where
Callbox assigns a dedicated Campaign Pod per client, built around one SDR plus research and campaign-management support, with the bulk of day-to-day delivery out of the Philippines, per its own FAQ on where it's located. SalesHive's team is built differently: a Sales Strategist plus one or two dedicated SDRs who work inside SalesHive's own software platform rather than off spreadsheets, "built from inception" according to its about page, with core SDRs US-based and an offshore calling team offered as a separate, lower-cost option. If having the software and the people on one invoice matters to you, that's SalesHive's structural pitch. If you want a vendor that already runs delivery teams across multiple regions, that's Callbox's.
Can you cancel either one anytime?
SalesHive states its terms plainly: month-to-month or annual plans, no setup fees, and a written cancellation notice that ends billing "at the end of your next billing month" rather than immediately. Callbox publishes no minimum term, notice period or cancellation policy anywhere I found on its site, across its pricing page, its pricing FAQ or its company profile. That's not unusual for this market, covered in more depth in what cancel anytime actually means at an outbound agency, but it means the real commitment for Callbox only shows up once you're on a call.
What each one claims about scale
Callbox's company profile claims "15,000+ Companies Served," "700+ Team Members" and "6+ Global Offices," and its site displays logos including Google, AWS, SAP, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Intel, HP, DHL, Singtel and Fortinet. SalesHive's homepage claims "106K+" qualified meetings booked and "1,500+" client accounts launched, and shows logos including Shopify, Siemens, SimpliSafe, Zoho and Revenue.io. Both present selected logos as examples of who they've worked with, not as a claim that every company shown is a current client, and neither figure is independently audited, so treat them as the vendor's own account of its scale rather than a verified benchmark.
Markets and language coverage
Callbox positions itself across North America, APAC, Europe and the UK, LATAM and Southeast Asia, with stated support for campaigns in Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Filipino, Portuguese and Spanish alongside English. SalesHive keeps to the United States, with its schema explicitly setting its served area to "US" and English as its available language, an offshore calling team is sold as a cost option, not a market-coverage one. If your buyers are outside the US, Callbox is the only one of the two built for that; if they're US-based, SalesHive's single-market focus isn't a weakness.
What the public review record actually shows
Both agencies point to independent review platforms rather than only hosting testimonials on their own site, Callbox has a presence on sites like Clutch and G2, and SalesHive's own reviews page links out to Trustpilot and Clutch and states that "both are run by third parties and reviewers post there directly, so you will see critical reviews alongside positive ones." I'm not citing scores or counts here, since a single number can shift and I can't verify it first hand, but the qualitative picture differs sharply. Callbox's independent reviews cover a real volume of engagements, with recurring themes around responsiveness, scheduling and handling multi-region campaigns. What I could find for SalesHive was thin by comparison, and what exists centers on a contract dispute over a mismatched calling script and an off-ICP meeting rather than a broad base of day-to-day feedback either way. That gap is itself worth knowing before you sign: it's not proof SalesHive underperforms, but it means you're relying more on your own reference calls and less on a public track record.
What you keep if you leave
Neither site states, anywhere I found, who keeps the lead data, call recordings or contact lists once an engagement ends. SalesHive's own platform holds your campaign history, so it's worth asking directly whether that data exports if you cancel. Callbox's pod model means the enriched contact data it built for you sits inside its system too. I've laid out why this matters generally in who owns your domains when you cancel an outbound agency, and the same question applies here even though neither vendor sends from domains you own.
Get it in writing. What a Campaign Pod costs beyond the first one, the notice period behind SalesHive's "written cancellation," and who keeps the contact data and call recordings if you leave either vendor.
Pick Callbox, pick SalesHive, or look past both
Pick Callbox if you want LinkedIn and a wider channel menu alongside phone and email, you're selling into more than one region or language, and you're comfortable with a published starting figure that still needs a call to firm up.
Pick SalesHive if your buyers are in the US, you want the SDR team and the sending platform on one invoice, and you're fine with a custom quote in exchange for month-to-month terms and no setup fee.
Look past both if you need LinkedIn and email running as one sequence rather than phone-led outreach, or you want to own the system yourself eventually. If you're also weighing other options in this category, see SalesRoads competitors, or the fuller Callbox alternatives and SalesHive alternatives lists if neither of these two is a fit on its own.
What to ask both before you sign
Send both the same note before the second call, so the answers come back comparable:
Hi [Name], before our next call, could you send me a few things in writing? The full cost at the volume I actually need, not just the entry tier or pod, the notice period for ending the engagement, and who keeps the contact data, call recordings and campaign history if we stop.
On the call, ask who works your account day to day and where they're based, that answer differs more between these two than the pricing page alone suggests.
