Quick answer
SalesHive doesn't publish prices or run LinkedIn, so most searches for an alternative come down to one of those two things, or a shorter commitment. CIENCE, Cleverly, Ripe Leads, SalesRoads and Callbox name a real number up front. Belkins, Cleverly, Ripe Leads, Martal Group, Callbox and Shipyard GTM (my agency) add LinkedIn to the channel mix. Everything below is checked against each agency's own site on 21 October 2026.
What SalesHive actually sells
SalesHive is a Denver based agency, founded in 2016, that runs cold calling and cold email for B2B companies. No LinkedIn. One flat monthly fee covers a dedicated Sales Strategist, US-based SDRs (an offshore team is offered too), and seat access to SalesHive's own platform: list building, data enrichment, AI personalization, a power dialer and CRM sync. It markets itself as "outbound, engineered. Not outsourced and forgotten", meaning you see the actual activity inside the platform rather than a monthly summary deck.
Its own pricing page, checked 21 October 2026, names three tiers, Starter (one SDR, phone only), Growth (one SDR, phone and email) and Crush (two SDRs, phone and email), by daily touch volume, but gives no dollar figure for any of them. No setup fee, month to month, and you owe nothing until you approve the plan for launch. That combination, a real platform and a real team behind an unpublished number, is exactly what sends people looking for a point of comparison.
Disclosure. I run cold email and LinkedIn outbound for B2B companies, and in 2026 I started my own agency, Shipyard GTM. That makes me a competitor to every agency in this article. Shipyard is on the list because it's a real option for some readers, but it's mine, so it never goes first and gets the same "watch for" as everyone else. I have no commercial deal with any of the other agencies, and prices and terms change, so check each one's own site before you sign.
Why people look for an alternative
A few reasons come up again and again once you've actually talked to SalesHive or read its site closely:
- No published price. The tier names and touch volumes are public, the dollar figure isn't, so you can't rule it in or out before a call.
- No LinkedIn. If your buyer research says email and LinkedIn need to run together, SalesHive's own channel list stops at phone and email.
- US-centric team. Its schema marks area served as the US, so if your buyers sit in Europe or you need non-English copy, that's not what this team is built for. See what results to expect from an outbound agency in the first 90 days for how SalesHive's own stated 2 to 3 week kickoff compares with other agencies' timelines.
- Budget. A dedicated US SDR plus a strategist plus a proprietary platform is not a small line item, even before you know the number.

Which ones actually publish a price?
Five of the nine. CIENCE lists $2,000 a month for its campaign team and $499 a month for its graph8 platform, then SDRs from $1,750 a month offshore to $3,500 a month in the US or Europe, with only the one time setup fee quoted on a call, per its own pricing page (checked 21 October 2026). Cleverly advertises LinkedIn plans starting at $397 a month on its own LinkedIn page. Ripe Leads charges €3,750 for the first month and €2,850 a month after that, per its own site. SalesRoads lists $11,950 per 4 week period for one SDR, falling to $7,192 per rep at six SDRs, on its own pricing page. Callbox quotes an estimated $16,000 to $32,000 per quarter for one campaign pod on its own pricing page. Belkins, Martal Group, Leadium and Shipyard GTM, like SalesHive itself, quote only after a call.
Which ones add LinkedIn to the mix?
Every agency on this list except SalesRoads runs LinkedIn alongside email or phone. That's the cleanest way to split the field if SalesHive's channel mix is the actual problem: SalesRoads is the only one that matches SalesHive exactly, phone and email, no LinkedIn. Everyone else, Belkins, CIENCE, Cleverly, Ripe Leads, Martal Group, Callbox, Leadium and Shipyard GTM, treats LinkedIn as part of the standard package rather than an add-on. If LinkedIn is the whole reason you're looking, the fuller list of LinkedIn lead generation agencies goes deeper on that channel specifically.
Which ones don't lock you into a long contract
SalesRoads says "cancel anytime, no commitments." CIENCE is month to month and you can add or remove SDRs each month. Ripe Leads asks for 28 days' notice. Cleverly runs its cold email on a pay per meeting ready lead model with no contract (its LinkedIn subscriptions are the standing plan). Shipyard GTM, my agency, runs month to month. Martal Group is the opposite case: engagements start with a paid 3 or 4 month pilot before the monthly plan begins. Belkins and Leadium don't publish a minimum term either way.
Each alternative in short
Belkins
US and Ukraine. A managed, multi-channel programme, research, email and LinkedIn, around a dedicated team per client. Good for: a large public review trail if you want to read client feedback before you sign. Watch for: no published price and no stated non-US market focus. Full Belkins review.
CIENCE
Miami based, now part of the graph8 group after it acquired CIENCE's assets. Good for: modelling most of the real cost yourself, since it publishes everything except the setup fee, down to the SDR bonus formula. Watch for: much of its public review history predates the acquisition. Full CIENCE review.
Cleverly
Los Angeles, LinkedIn led with email and calling as extra channels. Good for: starting LinkedIn outreach fast with a published price and a dedicated account manager. Watch for: at this price it's outreach, not full strategy, so ask who handles replies and qualification. Full Cleverly review.
Ripe Leads
Vilnius, founder led cold email and LinkedIn with a published euro rate card and campaigns run in German, Polish and Lithuanian as well as English. Good for: a transparent retainer and European language coverage. Watch for: launched in 2026, no public reviews yet. Full Ripe Leads review.
SalesRoads
Boca Raton, phone and email with experienced US based reps, by its own account. Good for: a published price and a genuine cancel anytime policy. Watch for: no LinkedIn and no markets outside the US, same channel gap as SalesHive itself. Full SalesRoads review.
Martal Group
Oakville, Canada, 200+ onshore reps split roughly 60% US, 20% Canada, 10% EU and 10% LATAM. Good for: companies that want a closer already in the target market, not just a meeting booker. Watch for: a paid pilot before the monthly plan and no published price, so there's no cheap way to test it. Full Martal Group review.
Callbox
Encino, California, with most delivery out of the Philippines. Prices per campaign pod, each with its own SDR, data and campaign manager. Good for: entering several regions and languages from one vendor. Watch for: the highest published entry cost on this list. Full Callbox review.
Leadium
Las Vegas, a small, fully US based SDR team that deliberately cut back to around 50 clients, by its own timeline. Good for: being one of a few accounts rather than one of many. Watch for: no published pricing and no non-English coverage. Full Leadium review.
Shipyard GTM (my agency)
Vilnius. Done for you outbound on email and LinkedIn, run as one sequence rather than two separate budgets, for B2B companies with product-market fit. It maps the target market first, then builds the data, signals and sending inside your own tools. Fixed monthly price after a first call, month to month, and you keep the domains, inboxes, data and copy if you leave. Good for: teams that want email and LinkedIn working off the same list and the same reply inbox. Watch for: launched in October 2026, so no public reviews or published case studies yet, and no price on the site. shipyardgtm.com.
A rough cost per meeting, with the assumptions shown
Since SalesHive won't give you a number until a call, here's a way to sanity check whatever it quotes you, using only the published figures above. Assume a single SDR program and a target of 8 to 12 qualified meetings a month (swap in your own number, this range is a common lower mid retainer target, not a researched fact). At the low end, CIENCE's $2,000 team fee plus one offshore SDR at $1,750 comes to roughly $3,750 a month before setup, which is about $310 to $470 per meeting at 8 to 12 meetings. At the high end, SalesRoads' $11,950 per 4 weeks works out to roughly $12,950 a month for one SDR, which is about $1,080 to $1,620 per meeting over the same range. That puts a believable band for a single SDR, flat fee program at roughly $300 to $1,600 per meeting, before you factor in your own close rate or deal size. For the wider market, including pay per meeting models this doesn't cover, see how much appointment setting actually costs.
Tip. Ask SalesHive, or any agency on this list, to quote you against your own meeting target rather than theirs. A "qualified meeting" definition that's loose enough to hit volume is the easiest way for the per meeting number above to look better than it actually performs.
Questions to ask before you sign
What is the total cost of the first three months, setup and any pilot included? What is the minimum term and the notice period to stop? Who owns the domains, mailboxes and lead data when you leave (here's why that answer matters more than it sounds)? Exactly what counts as a qualified meeting, and who decides if one doesn't show? And if phone is involved, who is actually dialing, an in-house rep or a subcontracted one?
When SalesHive is still the right call
If phone is actually your primary channel, your buyers are US based, and you want one flat invoice that covers a trained SDR, a strategist and a platform you can watch activity inside rather than wait for a monthly report, SalesHive's model holds up. The no setup fee, no commitment structure is also one of the lower friction ways to start a phone led program. The trade is the same one you started with: no number until a call, and no LinkedIn if your buyers expect to see your name there first. Full SalesHive review.
Key takeaways
- SalesHive doesn't publish a price or run LinkedIn. Most alternative searches come down to one of those two gaps, or wanting a shorter contract.
- CIENCE, Cleverly, Ripe Leads, SalesRoads and Callbox all publish real numbers. Belkins, Martal Group, Leadium and Shipyard GTM quote only after a call, same as SalesHive.
- SalesRoads is the only alternative here with the same channel mix as SalesHive, phone and email, no LinkedIn. Every other option adds LinkedIn.
- For no long contract: SalesRoads, CIENCE, Ripe Leads, Cleverly's pay per lead email, or Shipyard GTM (my agency). Martal Group is the opposite, a paid pilot first.
- Compare the total cost of the first three months, not the monthly headline number, and confirm who owns the domains and data when you leave.
FAQ
What is a good alternative to SalesHive?
It depends on why you're looking. For a published price, CIENCE, Cleverly, Ripe Leads, SalesRoads or Callbox. For LinkedIn added to the channel mix, any of the nine except SalesRoads. For the same phone and email mix as SalesHive with a published price and no commitment, SalesRoads is the closest direct match.
Does SalesHive publish its pricing?
No. Its pricing page names three tiers, Starter, Growth and Crush, by SDR count, daily touch volume and channel, but gives no dollar figure for any of them. You get a quote after a call.
Which SalesHive alternative adds LinkedIn to the channel mix?
Belkins, CIENCE, Cleverly, Ripe Leads, Martal Group, Callbox, Leadium and Shipyard GTM all run LinkedIn alongside email or phone. SalesRoads is the only one on this list that matches SalesHive's phone and email only mix.
Which SalesHive alternatives don't require a long contract?
SalesRoads (cancel anytime), CIENCE (month to month), Ripe Leads (28 days' notice), Cleverly's pay per lead cold email, and Shipyard GTM, my own agency (month to month). Martal Group is the opposite, a paid 3 or 4 month pilot comes first.
Is SalesHive worth it if phone is my main channel?
If your buyers are US based and answer the phone, SalesHive's flat fee, no setup, month to month structure is a reasonable way to start a phone led program, and you can watch the activity inside its own platform rather than wait for a report. The trade is the same unpublished number and the same lack of LinkedIn.
