Quick answer
Of 62 B2B outbound agencies I checked on their own websites between 14 October and 2 November 2026, 28 (45%) publish a price. The median published starting price is $3,000 a month, and half of them start between $1,499 and $4,000. Agencies in continental Europe start lower (median about $1,940) than in North America ($4,000). UK and Irish agencies almost never publish a price: 2 of 15. Retainers are the most common model, pay per meeting is rare, and 13 agencies put a results guarantee in writing.
Most agencies make you book a call before they tell you what they cost. I wanted to know how true that is and what the agencies that do publish actually charge, so I went through 62 outbound agency websites in North America, the UK and Ireland and continental Europe and wrote down every price, contract term and guarantee they show. This page is the result, with the full data as a CSV at the end.
Disclosure. I work with teams as a fractional Head of GTM or set up the outbound function inside their team, from EUR 2990 a month. Done-for-you outbound is sold by Shipyard GTM (my agency). It is not in the dataset: it publishes no price and quotes a fixed monthly price after a call. It launched in October 2026, so no public reviews or case studies yet. No agency in this report pays me, and every figure comes from the agency's own site.
The numbers in one table
| Region | Agencies checked | Publish a price | Median starting price, per month | State a contract term | Guarantee in writing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| North America | 26 | 14 (54%) | $4,000 | 15 | 2 |
| UK and Ireland | 15 | 2 (13%) | $3,570 | 4 | 2 |
| Continental Europe | 21 | 12 (57%) | $1,940 | 13 | 9 |
| All agencies | 62 | 28 (45%) | $3,000 | 32 | 13 |
Starting price means the cheapest outbound offer an agency shows, turned into US dollars a month. The median counts only agencies that publish a monthly figure (27 of the 28).
How I checked
- Own website only. Every figure comes from the agency's own pages: homepage, pricing page, FAQ and terms. No review sites, no "best agencies" lists written by competitors. I used search only to find the agencies.
- Dates. Twelve agencies I already track on this site were checked on 14 October 2026, the other 50 on 2 November 2026.
- What counts as publishing a price. A real currency figure a visitor can see: a monthly fee, a per-SDR rate, a per-meeting rate or a stated range. "Custom pricing", a budget dropdown on a contact form or an "illustrative" calculator does not count. SalesBread shows "2-3k/month" with no currency, so I did not count it.
- Converting. To compare, I turned every starting price into US dollars a month at EUR 1.15, GBP 1.30, PLN 0.27 and SEK 0.105. Four-week billing is multiplied by 13/12. VAT is left out, as the agencies show it.
- Groups counted once. The Cold Email Agency shares its phone number and email with Pearl Lemon Leads, Acquirent calls itself "An EBQ Company" and Operatix has merged with memoryBlue, so each group appears once.
- What this is not. It's a sample of agencies you can find on Google in each market, not every agency that exists. Agencies in the Baltics are in my Baltic agency comparison instead.
Who publishes a price, and who doesn't
Overall it's close to a coin flip: 28 of 62 agencies publish a price. The split by market is the interesting part.
In North America and continental Europe, more than half the agencies show a number. In the UK and Ireland only two of fifteen do: Sopro ("pricing starts at around €3.4K per month", or £3K in its page description) and Pearl Lemon Leads. The other thirteen ask you to get in touch.
Some agencies say outright that they don't publish. Launch Leads answers its own question "Do you publish prices?" with "No. Every program is custom to your market, targets, and KPIs." Leads at Scale says it has no rate card, then gives a range its programs fall within: from about $3,000 a month to past $10,000. I counted that one as publishing, because a buyer can budget from it.
No price shown, by region:
- North America: Belkins, Growth Cab, Intelemark, Launch Leads, Leadium, Martal Group, memoryBlue, OutboundView, SalesBread, SalesHive, Televerde, VSA Prospecting.
- UK and Ireland: Air Marketing, B2B Sell, Bee Social Marketing, Blueberry Marketing Solutions, Focus One, GCL, IntegriLeads, Lead Gen Department, Leadable, Outcend, Telemark, The Lead Generation Company, The Telemarketing Company.
- Continental Europe: Agence Meteor, Back in Town, GrowTech, Match-day, P94 Group, SalesAR, Sellexa, VAEKST, Wecall.

| Upcall | United States | $3.50 to $7.50 per contact called | No monthly figure | Per contact or project |
Each agency name links to the page I took the price from. Low starting prices often buy less: Cleverly's $397 plan is LinkedIn only, OutreachBloom's $1,000 LinkedIn plan has you handle the replies, and Link2Leads' base packages deliver positive replies, with booking into your calendar a €600 add-on. Read what the starting price includes before you compare it with a full program.
Europe starts cheaper than North America
The median starting price is about $1,940 a month in continental Europe and $4,000 in North America. The cheapest European starts are Polish and French: GetSales starts at PLN 2,900 a month plus a fee per lead, Hacquisition at €790 a month on a six-month commitment.
My read on why: salaries are lower, many European offers are email and LinkedIn only, and the North American top end is full of programs built around a dedicated SDR who also calls. The same pattern shows inside one rate card: CIENCE lists an SDR at $1,750 a month offshore, $2,500 in Europe and $4,500 in the US.
If you sell into Europe, don't assume a US agency is the safe pick because it is bigger. Ask who writes and replies in the buyer's language, and in which time zone.
Pricing models: retainers win, pay per meeting is rare
46 agencies make their model clear. Most of them charge a fixed monthly fee.
Hybrid means a fixed fee plus a fee per lead or meeting, or a choice between the two. Pure pay per meeting shows up only three times, and few agencies put a number on it. The ones that do sit around $200 to $540 per attended meeting:
- Clientium: €250 to €400 per attended, on-target meeting, plus a one-time activation of €3,000 to €6,000.
- Oliverlist: €1,500 a month plus €250 per attended meeting, with no-shows and off-target meetings not billed.
- Scaling Labs: PLN 800 to 2,000 per attended meeting, or PLN 400 to 1,300 per confirmed lead.
Callbox goes the other way and says "We don't charge per lead". Per-meeting pricing only protects you if a meeting is defined in writing. I wrote about that fight in what appointment setting costs per meeting.
Contracts, setup fees and pilots
18 agencies say month to month or no minimum, 14 state a minimum term, notice period or pilot, and 30 don't say anything about contract length.
Agencies that publish a price are far more open about the rest too. 23 of the 28 price publishers state their contract terms, against 9 of the 34 agencies that don't publish a price. If a site hides the price, expect to dig for the exit terms as well.
The minimums I found run from three months (Link2Leads, Agence Meteor, CallTeam's first engagement) to six months (8bound, Alleyoop) and a year (EBQ's seat prices "reflect annual commitment"). Eztablisher in Sweden has a three-month notice period on all its monthly packages.
15 agencies charge a setup fee, a paid kick-off or a dearer first month. Some put a number on it: 8bound €1,500 one time, Clientium €3,000 to €6,000, Ripe Leads €900 more in the first month, Eztablisher a SEK 70,000 test period and The Telemarketing Company £750. Only 4 say there is none: SalesHive, Lead Cookie, Pearl Lemon Leads, Link2Leads.
Month to month is not the same as easy to leave. I explain what to check in what "cancel anytime" actually means.
Guarantees in writing: 13, mostly in Europe
13 of the 62 agencies put a results promise on their site, and 9 of those are in continental Europe. They come in a few forms:
- A minimum number. Match-day guarantees "at least 5 qualified meetings per month" (in Dutch on its site). Abstrakt puts an appointment number in the agreement and, if it misses by the end of the year, works for free until it hits it.
- Money back. G2M Agency refunds 100% if the first 90 days bring fewer than three qualified replies. Lead Gen Dept waives the first month's service fee if you're not happy, though its setup fee still applies.
- A way out. NoBuSales lets you leave without penalty after three months in a row below target.
- No-shows not billed. Oliverlist, P94 Group and Pearl Lemon Leads don't charge for, or replace, meetings where the prospect doesn't turn up.
Read what the guarantee counts. Link2Leads guarantees a number of positive replies on its upper plans and says plainly, in Dutch, that the guarantee covers qualified positive replies, not appointments or revenue. Three agencies (CallTeam, The Telemarketing Company and Sellexa) say they don't guarantee a number of results. CallTeam's reason is that no provider controls every buyer. Fair enough: an honest no beats a guarantee with a loose definition.
When an agency's own site disagrees with itself
Four agencies give two answers on their own site:
- Callbox: the pricing page says $16,000 to $32,000 a month for one pod, while its pricing FAQ says clients spend $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter.
- Pearl Lemon Leads: cold email "starts at £2,497 per month", but the pay-per-lead page says managed campaigns start at £1,497.
- 8bound: the homepage promises "no notice periods", while the pricing page and FAQ state a six-month minimum.
- Launch Leads: the pricing page says it runs on a monthly retainer, the FAQ offers pay per qualified lead.
None of this has to mean bad faith. Sites get updated one page at a time. It does mean the website is a starting point, and the contract is what you pay.
What this means if you're buying
- Use $3,000 a month as your anchor for a managed email and LinkedIn program, and expect more with a dedicated SDR on the phone. For the full picture of what moves the price, see how much an outbound agency costs.
- Compare totals, not monthly fees. Ask every agency what you will have paid, all in, at the end of month three, setup and pilot included.
- Get the term in writing. 30 of 62 sites don't state one, so ask about notice and the minimum before the first invoice.
- If there's a guarantee, read the unit. Meetings, replies and leads are three different promises.
- Weighing software instead? I ran the same check on 28 AI SDR tools: AI SDR pricing report.

FAQ
What percentage of outbound agencies publish their prices?
In my 2026 check, 28 of 62 B2B outbound agencies (45%) showed a price on their own website. It depends a lot on the market: 54% in North America, 57% in continental Europe and only 13% in the UK and Ireland.
How much does an outbound agency cost per month in 2026?
Among agencies that publish a price, the median starting price is $3,000 a month, and half start between $1,499 and $4,000. Programs built around a dedicated SDR on the phone cost more: SalesRoads lists $11,950 per four weeks for one SDR and Callbox $16,000 to $32,000 a month per pod.
Why do most outbound agencies not publish prices?
The usual reason on their own sites is that every program is custom: market, targets, channels and volume change the price. Launch Leads says it straight: it does not publish prices. My read is that a quote after a call also lets an agency price to the buyer. Either way, ask for the total cost of the first three months in writing.
How much do outbound agencies charge per meeting?
Few publish a per-meeting rate. The ones that do sit around $200 to $540 per attended meeting: Clientium €250 to €400 per meeting plus an activation fee, Oliverlist €250 per attended meeting on top of €1,500 a month, and Scaling Labs PLN 800 to 2,000 per attended meeting.
Do outbound agencies guarantee meetings?
Some do, in writing: 13 of the 62 agencies I checked, 9 of them in continental Europe. The forms differ: a minimum number of meetings, a refund, free work until the target is hit, or no charge for no-shows. Read what counts as a result, because several guarantees cover replies or qualified leads, not meetings.
